A fat-zapping cardio workout
11.11 am
Hi everyone,
With my WBFF pro debut looming, along with a lifetime achievement photo shoot I really needed a sweat-dripping workout to get rid of 30 hours of travelling, dehydration and some unwanted water retention. This is the secret workout I did to get myself ready for the biggest events of my career so far. Try it and let me know how you do!
The focus is on high-intensity cardio training with some light bicep muscle weight training…
Set #1:
Bicep curls with dumbbells side raises (20 – 30 reps)
Squat jumping jacks (30 – 40)
Bicep curls with dumbbells, double speed pulses arms tucked in to face the front (20 – 30 reps)
Squat jumps on a high step (30 – 40 reps)
Set #2:
Slow one arm dumbbell bicep curls (15 – 20 reps)
10 Sprints
Slow bicep curls with dumbbells while leaning forward (15 – 20 reps)
Frog jumps – up and down the entire studio (5 reps)
Set #3:
Speed rope skipping (5 min)
Running bicep curls with dumbbells (30 – 40 reps)
Sprints (again, just for the fun of it!)
Keep training hard and be inspired.
Yours in health
Angel

2012.11.06 at 12.38 amHi Angel
I have a few questions..
1) I want to start eating healthy and working out, without supplements OR a gym.. I have a treadmill , but in other words I need to do at home workouts. Where and how do I start and which workouts can I do to blast abdominal fat?
2)What is your favorite playlist for the treadmill? If its customized would you ever consider uploading a download link that can be downloaded to a mobile phone?
3)I’m literally obsessed with eating, especially unhealthy foods. What can I do to prevent thinking about food or at least to stop the crazy binge when I’m at home?
4)How do I form good eating and training habits and how do I make them stick?
You’re my inspiration!
Sincerely, Beginner
