USN FACE OF Fitness – COVER MODEL SEARCH 2010 – RULES

1. Judges decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. No entry photographs will be returned
.
3. No entry without a complete entry form will be accepted.

4. Prizes are as advertised, and are not exchangeable for cash
.
5. Competition closes 30 September 2010, no late entries will be accepted.
6. The competition is open to all ladies aged 18-40, South Africa and Southern Africa based residents.
7. If the cover model winner can not fulfill her role, the runner up will be promoted as the cover winner. Fulfillment is deemed as being able to attend necessary cover and training photo shoots, as well as representing the fitness brand in a healthy nature.
8. Fitness magazine reserves the right to change or substitute any of the prizes due to sponsors withdrawing from the competition.
9. All entries from our previous cover model searches are welcome to enter
.
10. No previous Fitness cover model winner may enter.
11. Any digital photograph entries that have been edited or modified will be disqualified, and will not be allowed to enter any future Fitness model search competitions.
12. The winner must be able to provide positive identification to certify their age.
13. Should the winner be found to not represent the photos she has submitted, Fitness magazine reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select a new cover model winner.
14. Should the candidate be unable for any reason to enter into this sponsorship contract with USN, Fitness magazine will not promote her under her winning title and reserves the right to select a new cover model winner. Terms and conditions laid out in the sponsorship contract are at the discretion of USN.
15 All qualifying photo entries will be displayed on the Fitness magazine website (www.fitnessmag.co.za), with selected entries being printed in the magazine. All participants of this cover model search will be promoted via the Fitness magazine Website, and various social media networks Fitness Magazine subscribes to.
