Get on the fast track with performance enhancing supplementation.
Hi, I have lost 10 kgs in 2 months (2 years ago),i am mad about fitness and i love working out. I am now trying to tone up and workout even more as I am studying to be an aerobics instructure and spinning instructor. The problem I have at the moment is that I am not picking up weight. Is muscle not heavy? I do not have anymore fat to actually lose. Because I am short, I weigh like a feather and I am trying to not go below 52 kgs. So I should be picking up weight if I am trying to tone up and build muscle (which is very much showing but not on the scale!) Can you suggest anything? Also, I need a shake to tone up, what can you suggest please. (Not a weight loss shake please)
