Selection criteria comes down to a combination of: Physique and How photogenic a candidate is. It sounds a little simpler than what the selection process is. We&#039;ve had a ton of gorgeous girls submit photos, but their physiques are more that of models and &quot;FHM&quot; sexy girls than Fitness Models. On the other side we&#039;ve got great Physiques of very lean and toned Fitness girls, with stage and industry experience, however they are not as photogenic. A big problem seems to also come in when our readers know candidates personally. Remember, this is a photo competition and we&#039;re judging on what was submitted to us, we don&#039;t see what you see daily. So - it all comes down to which girls have a combination of everything. I must admit I am disappointed with some of the candidates that have been selected in the top 32 USN Face of fitness, don’t get me wrong some girls really deserve it but other well toned beautiful candidates have been excluded from the top 32, how are the selections made?

Good luck with your goals. Please keep up posted and updated with your progress and be sure to share with us your plans and tips on exercise and healthy eating!! It is always inspiring to read your letters. Yesterday I bought the new issue of fitness and I was quite down a bit (not a winter person, SAD) but after reading your letter in the fitness magazine I was inspired and immediately got of my backside and went to exercise. Needless to say, I felt great afterwards. Thanks for a very inspirational magazine.
